D.M. Engineering formerly existed as Thorburn Colquhoun International, which operated in Russia from 1993 to March 2000.
The General Director of D. M. Engineering Ltd is Douglas Menzies. Douglas, the former Head of Representation for Thorburn Colquhoun International was employed by Thorburns from 1978 to March 2000.
The original members of the D. M. Engineering are all former members of the Thorburn Colquhoun International team.
We are a Russian company, directed and owned by the West with western trained staff.
The aim of the company is to provide an economic solution to your project requirements in our particular fields of engineering.
With a pool of experience covering Russia's post-soviet engineering development and collectively 100 years of Western engineering we have been able to establish and use the advantages and disadvantages of standards in use, both Western and Russian alike.
Our expertise has been provided to clients with particular needs to develop within Moscow and other regions of Russia and the CIS.
Our team has personally been involved in the integration of British construction practice in with Russian construction teams.
The Company has State registration and operates under a Federal license enabling DME to provide our services throughout Russia.
